Instructions
- It is better to download these files than to open them in your browser. You may need to right click (Cntl-Click for Apple) on the link and select "Save As" to download.
- Excel users should open Excel first, then use File Open (text files) to open the CSV file. This procedure is recommended because double-clicking the file to open it in Excel has the effect of converting the "Coverage Start" date to Excel date format, which can only handle dates after 1900. The recommended procedure will keep this field in text format.
